Program Description
This is a 6-week educational and spiritual program delivered through weekly emails, videos, suggested activities, and optional community participation through shared photos. All materials are delivered digitally. Time zones are in U.S. Mountain Time.
Not Therapy or Professional Advice
This program provides spiritual-oriented content for personal reflection. It is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis support. Nothing in the program should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Personal Responsibility
You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own well-being and choices. You agree to practice discernment and modify or skip suggested activities if they are not suitable for your circumstances.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this program, all sales are final and non-refundable after December 13, 2025 (U.S. Mountain Time). If you’re unhappy with the program, full refund is available upon request by December 13, 2025.

You understand that emails or videos may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues. Reasonable adjustments may be made if needed, and equivalent content will always be provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the creator from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from your participation.
